Edwardsville's Thanksgiving Day tradition
returns for 2022!
The 13th Annual Edwardsville Turkey Trot 5k and Kids Fun Run are scheduled for Thursday, November 24th.
The Edwardsville Turkey Trot has become a family tradition for many locals and families traveling to the area for the holiday. Regularly exceeding 1,200 participants, reaching 1,600 in 2019, the Turkey Trot is one of the largest - if not the largest 5k in the region.

5K ALL-ROAD COURSE
WE HEARD YOU WANTED “FLAT AND FAST.” YOU GOT IT!
New for 2022, an “all-road” race route around the beautiful SIUE campus grounds!
The start-finish line has been relocated from Lot A (Founders and Alumni Hall) to Lot F at the Vadalabene and Student Fitness Center. This change allows for closer proximity to restrooms and a warming space in the event of inclement weather. We hope you’ll love this new setup as much as we do!
